At Doost Pets, we believe that a "treat" for your pet shouldn't be a "trick" for the environment. We’ve designed our shipping process to be as thoughtful and conscious as the products we curate.
Carbon-Neutral Deliveries: Every single order is 100% carbon-neutral. Through our partnership with the Shopify Planet App, we fund high-impact carbon removal projects to neutralize the emissions of every mile your package travels.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Your items arrive in optimized, 100% recyclable mailer boxes designed to reduce bulk and waste.
Shipping Rates & Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the mainland United States (48 states), including P.O. Boxes. By focusing on these states, we can keep our delivery process simple and our rates transparent:
- Curated Cat Boxes: $5.99 Flat Rate
- Curated Dog Boxes (All Sizes): $7.99 Flat Rate
- Individual Boutique Items: Calculated at checkout by total package weight.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international locations at this time. To be notified if we expand our delivery zones, sign up for our newsletter!
Processing & Tracking
We are a small, boutique operation in Seattle, WA. We hand-pack every box with care—please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Transit Time: Usually 3-5 business days.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email the moment your pet’s goodies are ready to ship.
- Missing Packages: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order! We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," it is no longer under our responsibility. However, if your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please reach out to us so we can help you track it down!
